2. The following persons are not allowed to apply

5. Exam
Interviews (teachers take trial lectures, and experimenters take skill operations) are used to test candidates' logical thinking ability, language expression ability, and professional knowledge. The school will select the best candidates based on the interview results. Please refer to the interview notice for details of the interview time.

6. Mode of use, term of employment and treatment
The three staff members recruited this time (one substitute teacher (nursing major) and two laboratory staff) are all managed and used in the form of labor dispatch, and the recruited personnel are not included in the official establishment management. The newly recruited personnel will be signed by the Linyi International Economic and Technological Cooperation Co., Ltd. in a unified labor contract. The employment period is 2 years and the probation period is 2 months. Only those who pass the probation period can be employed. Personnel with excellent work performance will be hired by the school for a long time. During the employment period, if you need to resign for personal reasons, you must submit a written application one month in advance.
Wages:
Substitute teachers: basic salary 1800 yuan/month + performance salary (30 yuan/session), five social insurances and one housing fund;
Experimenter: basic salary 1800 yuan/month + performance salary (450 yuan/month), five social insurances and one housing fund.
During the probationary period, only the basic salary will be paid.
