Seaborne export operation process
1. Power of Attorney
After accepting the quotation, the client should submit a power of attorney to our company in the form of a power of attorney. The power of attorney shall include the following contents: information of the consignor and consignee, the name of the port of origin and destination, the box type, the name of the product, the gross weight, the volume, the date of shipment, etc.
After receiving the power of attorney, our company will book the space with the shipping company. When booking the space, we will choose the best route according to the requirements of the client. After the booking is successful, our company should inform the client in time.
3. Make a box
The team obtains the equipment handover order, and goes to the yard to pick up the container and load it at the consignor's factory, or the consignor directly sends the goods to the yard or warehouse designated by our company for packing.
4. Customs declaration
The client provides the customs declaration information to our company, and our company transfers the customs declaration information to the customs broker for review. After the verification is correct, the customs broker will make an export declaration to the customs, and the customs will release it after passing the examination.
5. Confirmation of bill of lading
Prepare the bill of lading according to the power of attorney and confirm the bill of lading with the client to ensure that the accuracy of the bill of lading is consistent with the client's requirements.
Our company will send the fee confirmation form to the entrusting party, and the entrusting party will pay the relevant fees to our company after confirming that it is correct.
7. Sign the bill
According to the request of the entrusting party, issue the bill of lading.
