In order to meet the needs of Korean catering companies for cooking and pastry technical talents,in accordance with relevant Korean laws and regulations,Korean catering companies and related educational institutions jointly implement targeted training for culinary and pastry talents,and follow the Korean employment system for hiring foreign technical talents and related laws.Provisions of the catering companies to arrange fixed-post internships and employment work.
1.Training methods:oriented professional training,oriented catering company internship,oriented job employment.
2.Registration conditions:
1.Both men and women who are between 17 and 28 years old,have a high school,technical secondary school or above,have no professional technical requirements,and are in good health.
2.The applicant and his immediate family members have no history of visa refusal,no history of illegal stay and no other illegal matters in Korea.
3.Those who are interested in working and living in Korea for a long time.
3.Professional training:cooking,pastry expertise,Korean language,Korean culture and other related professional knowledge.
4.Employment and employment:directly employed by the practical internship unit,and can apply for Korean nationality or permanent residency if the conditions are met.
5.Insurance,board and lodging:In accordance with South Korean law,the employer will provide relevant insurance,and the employer will provide free board and lodging after employment.
Six.Training time:
1.In the first year,there are 6 months of internship practice:12 days of cooking technology learning and 18 days of work each month;the other 6 months:working in a catering company for the whole month.
2.The second year:Full-time working in a catering company.
Seven.Practice internship and salary after employment:
1.The basic salary during the internship period is 1.5 to 2 million won per month(approximately 9,000 to 11,400 yuan);
2.The monthly working income is about 2 million to 3.5 million won per month(approximately RMB 11,400 to 19,950).
3.The basic salary after employment is 2.6 to 4 million won per month(approximately RMB 14,820-22,800).
8.Working hours:working 8 hours a day,overtime work is calculated as overtime,and overtime pay is implemented in accordance with Korean law.
Nine.Fees:service fee is 30,000 yuan,Korean tuition fee is 3.6 million won(approximately 20,000 yuan).
10.Registration:When registering,you must bring your ID card,family account book,passport,graduation certificate(notarization and certification required),transcript,20 2-inch color photos with white background,parents'ID card,work income certificate,to apply 70,000 RMB deposit certificate issued in the name of the person.
